Scavenger Hunt for The GIS lab provides the following services:
For Students:
- Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) offered fall semesters
- Intermediate GIS offered spring semesters
- guidance for senior thesis projects that incorporate GIS
- handheld Global Positioning System (GPS) units can be borrowed for projects
- local, state, and national data resources.
For Faculty and Staff:
- workshops and information sessions on GIS and GPS
- classroom presentations to introduce GIS to students
